Got Trojans/Viruses on the computer (public notice)

I have had protection off for sometime while playing an online game on bnet. I noticed I have not been able to communicate on messenger and more as I have received a few Trojan Viruses, loggers, etc...

Does anyone know how to do a master reset and delete everything except windows 7 ?

I think you need to use system restore to format your hard drive, and to restore it back to an earlier version. Otherwise you should just format your hard drive. I hate getting viruses, my last computer had so many.

no need to do all that go download Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware, anti-virus and spyware removal download run a scan sit back it'll clean your computer. Free too and get into the habit of using it every now and then in 2 weeks.

Mbam can't do much if your registry is compromised. Time for a reformat / reinstall if you want the problem to actually go away 100%.
