    Funny. Untrue, but funny.

If the issue is with helmets and pads, I've said this 100 times before. If you eliminate the forward pass, you eliminate most of the need for pads.

Other than that, it seems to a video comparing a high-school football team with the All Blacks.

Very funny video lol I actually prefer American football to rugby. I think it takes more skill to come up with each play, and its just more entertaining to watch in general. But each to his own, they are both great sports

There is a reason Benji migrated to League. Even SBW is coming back...

Default rugby v american football - no contest

Hardest hitting rugby girl - even girls dont wear pads and helmets

look - still no pads or helmets

at the end of the day there not really comparable games - thats not disrespecting American football but rugby is hard, down and dirty while American football is gymnastic, polished and shiny

ohh and with the ad-a-thons - American football matches take 3.5 yrs to finish - definately a negative

Why would you wear pads to play rugby?

They are two entirely different games, like cricket (speaking of taking forever to finish) and baseball.

I think rugby is more fun to play, american football is more fun to watch. Def too many ads.

It to stop start for me I can definitely see why its popular though. The movie Any Givin Sunday makes it look awesome. For US sports the most exciting one for me is Ice Hockey. I dunno how Baseball is popular that game is like watching paint dry, its on par with Cricket for me.

I love Twenty20 cricket! Like so much better game than baseball. Would love to see a 162 game season with like 32 US teams and to adopt that as the national sport to run during the football off season. I'd also like the seasons adjusted so there is never a break. American Football finishes, cricket starts, cricket finishes American football starts. Additionally far too many sports to follow as is. So my vote is sell MLB to Japan and sell NHL to Canada and give Czech Republic a few teams. This will be good news for MLS as it gives it more a chance to compete. Basketball we'll keep but we'll ask congress to slip into some unrelated bill that no new teams can be added. We're not phasing it out just preventing it's growth. Rugby has no place in the US so that game should be banned as in even mentioning it by name is a crime. This because we need to protect our two national sports gridiron and cricket (there can be no rugby! - I hope all presidential canidates will agree -we do not negotiate with terrorist and we do not discuss rugby!). We should also build very strong volleyball teams, but not go overboard. Show qualifiers and championships on TV, but illegal to air a domestic regular season game (lol as if anyone would watch).

To cover a few obvious things:

    1) Curling of course banned for reasons 1) it might make people miss hockey and 2) there's no person in the US who understands how the hell that sport is played.
    2) No patriot ever ever ever dares utter the word rugby.
    3) Hockey and Baseball - allowed only as minor sports. (maximum salary $250,000 per year for star players).

Outside this no sports are banned. Tennis, Darts, Badminton, Pin the tale on the donkey, Formula 1, NASCAR, UFC, Boxing, Golf etc. all allowed. However a $1.5 million dollar fine if airing them on prime time!! These are daytime and weekend sports only! They should be fillers for weekdays when there is no NFL, and can be played on weekends during the football off season.
If you're going to bet US Sports online - I strongly suggest 5Dimes.com or Bookmaker.eu.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.
