Slightly funny story for anyone in Thailand

If you can't at least get a smile out of someone's misfortune what can you smile about right, so figured would share this here. I'm in serious pain at the moment but washing my eye did help a bit and sure this ends soon.

So I bought really spicy somtom (lao style) a couple hours ago forgot and was like shit need to eat that before it's old. I open the plastic bag right now with my teeth. Entirely logical to do because want to open the top so it don't spill. F&#$!!! the pressure from the bag opening caused it to slash into my eye.

For those who don't know what I'm talking about - this experience has to be worst then getting pepper sprayed. If someone else did this I'd be laughing so figured might as well share so at least someone can smile from this. Freak! that sucked!

Usually when people complain about spicy, I say drink some milk. Not sure that would help here :-)

lol your post just scored me a happy wife in the morning . I was working on an article and my wife tells me before going to sleep drink the milk you told me to buy it's old tomorrow. So after reading your post just now i remembered (obviously would forget) so just poured 3/4 of it down the drain took a couple sips and left the rest next to the bed so it will look like I fell asleep drinking it

lol I got chili in my eye last week, but in a different way

I was eating a green chili with my dinner last Friday. The green chili was pretty hot, but I didn't get any of it in my eye at the time. It wasn't until later when I started watching TV, and I completely forgot that I ate chili. My eyes got really itchy for some reason, so I started rubbing both of them with my hands. Big mistake, because they started burning really badly lol I must have been too lazy to wash my hands after dinner, and they certainly had a good amount of chili on them.

Moral of the story, wash your hands carefully after touching chili (in case you want to scratch your eyes later) lol
