I want to somehow lock myself out from using instant messaging, browse the Internet and check my email during the day.
My current plan is to create a user account that simply aren't allowed to use any browser, IM or email client. I could of course switch to another account, but that would be too much of an inconvenience.
I'v read that Windows Vista has some built in parent control that can block access to various programs and services. Unfortunately I run Vista Business, and "Family Control" is only available if I upgrade to Ultimate, so I hope that someone can offer some advice before I shell out the 200+$ for the upgrade.
