I have a down site on skyneyt hosting. They are not answering my ticket. Luckilly, I have a reseller account with another company so I can create my own space, move my stuff at not cost. The downside is all my sites will have the same IP.

Buddy of mine has had a few Wordpress sites hacked on Skynet over the past few days and the support has been horrible. Think he's moving them over to a new provider already at least....provided the backups even get to him, lol.

3 days after I sent my ticket, they followe dinstructions and restored a backup. While I'm happy someone actually amnage to resolve the situation, 3 days for a ticket named "Site hacked - Please help" is not good.

I used to have those done within 20 minutes - 2 hours pending on the size of the site needing to be restored, and that's when I was just a little outfit starting up. These guys sound horrible. -_-

No problems with ipage.com aswell! Also I like their support. Their services really cost much more than they cost.
