Can this review have been written by an english native writer

for me it has been cobblled together in a rush by a native english speaker who has nicked lines from non english websites as well as english!

If i was a teacher and he was my student i would sit him in the corner with a dunces hat on!

I'd say it's poorly written "fluff" by a non-poker player, I'd say they are most likely a native English speaker in their teens.

I am a writer myself and even if they just tried to copy their information from other sites instead of based from actual experience it is put together very poor. Tenses and plurals are both wrong which cannot be from someone who is properly educated to write these.
