Default Can this review have been written by an english native writer

I received a pokertracker review by a supposedly english native writer, beside it is a very bad review can you tell me if this review could be done by a native english?

I am not an english expert but I think this is 5-year old english or non-native english:

PokerTracker 3 is a great program if you are serious about becoming a better poker player online. I know everyone tries to pay the best attention they can when they are playing and to remember the opponent style of play. There are way too many people moving from table to table all the time. Chances are you won't remember if you have played 5000 hands with someone or 20 hands.

This program keeps track of all the players you have played with, how often they folded, raise, and what their hands were when they went to show down.

It keeps track of all of your hands and lets you know how often you put money in the pot from all the positions. How often you three bet etc.

You can check how much you have won and it has a graph to track your winnings too.

If you plan on multi-tabling you should really check PokerTracker 3 out. It helps you track the stats of the player playing with the same table as you(Tracks all the player stats on the table).

Below are the Pros and Cons of PokerTracker 3

    Pros

1st: Heads Up Display(HUD): You can check the stats anytime when you are playing.
2nd: Track Ring Games & Tournaments: You can track both ring games & tournaments.
3rd: Track Your & Your Opponents Play: You can track how your opponents play and make use of it to exploit your opponent.
4th: Re-live the hands: You can analyze your hands and see what mistakes you did and correct them.
5th: TableTracker: It helps you track tables that are soft and plenty of loose players resulting more profit for you.

    Cons

1st: Pokertracker 3 cost $89.99 which is quite expensive
2nd: You might have to manually type in the stats(How much you won/Whats your position when you finish etc) when you finish a tournament(Only on some of the pokersites which are like 2-3)
3rd: You have to suscribe to use the TableTracker

It looks like it was written by a native english speaker, but one that really didn't know what the hell the tracker was, how it was used, or what it was for.

"Chances are" makes me think it's a native English speaker.

It looks like the first couple of articles I got from an inexperienced writer who had trouble figuring out how to structure an article and explain the things he knew in a way that were easy for others to understand.

Could you elaborate a bit on why "chances are" makes you think the writer definitely is a native English speaker?

Thats exactly it right there. You found someone who either doesn't know a heck of a lot about poker to begin with, or doesn't understand Poker Tracker and what it's meant for. Basically they tried to explain it the best they could by gathering information from the site or other reviews.

I see writing of this caliber all of the time at my university in the US.

EDIT; I should add, its mostly a bunch of foreigners there who don't speak English very well.

I voted 'no way' - even by the decidely low standards of today's crop of overpriced writers this is bad. It is not so much the horrible descriptive elements as the incorrect use of both tenses and plurals which gives it away for me...
