Default Whats Vegas Like During Main Event

Im debating whether or not to go in a couple days out to Vegas to watch and hang out for a week or so. I've never been to Vegas but what's it like during that time? Is it pretty low key with most people leaving or is it even more crowded...I'd like to get a nice hotel but imagine it's pretty booked. Just don't want to go if it's a cluster F.

Also anyone have experience getting tickets for sold out events like UFC 100

Vegas is busy, but not a madhouse. Poker Rooms are full but don't have crazy wait times like the years past. The RIO is crazy though with all the "looky lou's" and "Poker Fans". It really amazes me the amount of people watching, and going cuckoo for cocoa puffs over poker stars.

I'd say come on out and have a good time. Vegas is always fun. I've been thinking about buying a pair of Sea Doos, if I have them buy the time you come out we can go to Lake Mead or cruise the river from Laughlin to Havasu, or we can just rent them.

Not sure about the UFC thing, Brandon would be the guy to ask, I know he goes to these sometimes.

Last weekend was busier on both the strip and downtown then this weekend. Seriously I drove from Downtown to strip around midnight / 1am both nights and no traffic at all. Rio also had valet openings both front and back the past 3 days when I went over between 7PM and midnight, which I though wouldn't be the case. So overall yeah it's busy.. but really right now not that busy for Vegas in July as it should be.

For some reason despite a disappointing turnout as far as crowds go, every casino I stopped by (like 5-6) on Friday and Saturday were booked.
If you're going to bet US Sports online - I strongly suggest 5Dimes.com or Bookmaker.eu.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.
