Pokerstars cashout options & process

Since I'm going to be promoting Pokerstars directly in the next couple months I am wondering what their cash-out options and general time-lines are. I'm from the U.S. so my options are probably limited. I have read that they do Moneygram and echeck withdrawals (is that like a bank wire?)? Can anyone confirm this and give me a rough estimate on the time-frame. Basically I know jack sh*t about withdrawing funds from Pokerstars so any up-to-date info/personal experiences are very appreciated.

This is just about the only room besides FT where I will go with a paper check. Usually shows up well ahead of guaranteed date. 7 business days usually plenty of time.

only problem with check from stars is that there is a $1k maximum on checks (at least in my cashier).

I like neteller, thats instant cash from pokerstars, and with a neteller card you can withdraw them right away.
So basicly you can have cash in your hand, 5 min after cashing out.
