My worst investment

My brain must have blocked this failure, i really hadent thought about it for a long time, but today i remembered.

I bought this domaine pokerupgrade.com 2007-01-16 and made my first big investment. I paid a designer to make me a site where i could upload videos and i paid around 1k. I have never paid for templates etc. i like doing everything myself, but alot of people recommended this guy so i thought i would give it a shot.
I have played poker for many years, and i wanted to make a site where i did some tutoring with videos of my online session with reviews of cashgame, tournaments etc.

The site has never worked though, the problem was that i needed to be abel to upload videos from my computer, but somehow this was a huge problem.
Many emails was send back and forth between the coder and the hosting company but it just dident get sorted.
There was also a crash at one point where the hosting company deleted everything from their server, and the people i bought it from had to upload it again which took 1-2 months to get done. But that offcourse dident sort the upload problem.

Enough time was wasted and at some point i just gave up.
It really bugs me though, because of the money invested but also because i wanted to give this niece a shot.

sooooo.....

As i remembered today, i visited the site and just sat and stared at it trying to figure out what to do with it.
I guess these are my options.

1. Invest more money by getting a new coder to have a look at it, and see if he can sort the problem. (I have spend enough on it already, i dont really think i consider this option)

2. Forget about it and develop a normal site. (its not that great of a name for other stuff than the original idea)

3. Sell it to someone with the skills to fix it. (maybe, guess i would have to be lucky to find someone interested)

4. sell the domain name (for what... 15$ )

Any other ideas?

Why did i remember this today, i wish i could just completely forget about it lol it just makes me depressed. Maybe i should just trash it and move on.

No not at all, that would work too. I just wanted my own video upload software.

I have decided to dump the site though, its filled with negative energy, and i have started many new project since so thats where i will use my energy.
