In reality its not just Bell that left on bad terms. Roberto Alomar the best athlete to ever play in Toronto, Roger Clemence, Dave Steib maybe the best "blue Jay" of all time and Chris Carpenter.
The list is actually longer but any organization can say the same thing.
As for Roy Halladay, being overated that clearly is not accurate, he pitches in what might be the best division of the last 50 years and always is one the top 5 pitchers stat wise in the whole league.
As for the trade the Jays are very lucky to get what they did, he really wanted out and could have gotten nothing becuase in the end he had a no trade clause and could have just pitched one more year and went to philli for nothing in return
This is a very good sign for Jays fans that the GM seems to be competent. Its sad to say but this year hinges on V.W. if he plays like the last two years 26 wins is about right
