Hi guys,
I'm thinking about starting a new service. We will write content in foreign languages, taking already translated content as reference. This would be much cheaper than translations which are pretty time consuming to do and require more attention. (Yes, people think translating the content from english to a foreign language is very easy, but it's not. A translator has to make the translation look like an original article while keeping the context intact. Whereas they are more comfortable in re-writing content in their own language).
Interested buyers will have to send us the links to the articles/word files they want us to reproduce. The re-written/re-translated articles will be altogether different from the original ones in the style of writing, only the context will be same. Many PAL members are working with us and they can attest our work quality and ethics.
However, we will not be able to accept projects in which the buyers give us a topic to write foreign language content...it requires much more research and to be honest, we don't get this much of time from our ongoing projects.
To be very honest, many content writers who advertise 100% original content writing take already written content as reference, and it's fine if it's well written/passes copyscape. Only thing- people won't admit that![]()
It's just an idea, I don't know whether I will go ahead with this or not. No doubt it will be a comparatively easy work to do than translations, but the money to be made is also much less in this kind of workTherefore I'd prefer taking bulk orders if I indeed start this service
Looking forward to know what you guys think about it. Just to give you an idea about the difference in pricing, translation prices vary from 0.11 to 0.13 USD/source word per language. Whereas the rates for this content writing service would be 0.085 USD/source word(and 0.082- 0.08 USD/source word for bulk orders) per language. We translate into 28 languages but this service would be available in 8-9 most popular languages.
