Default Opinion from Calvin Ayre re: igaming situ in USA

    Hellooo everyone,

For those of you who are interested, Calvin has just written an opinion piece on the igaming situation in the US based on some lobbying data that was just released. He asked me to share it with you, so I hope you enjoy it- it's a good one!

No offense but Calvin's views on US politics are pretty much meaningless. First off, Catholics and bible thumping evangelicals are not the same thing. To lump them into the same argument shows how completely out of touch he is with US sentiment. Catholics, in general, have never been overly dogmatic. It's like Spain where they say that everyone in Spain is a Catholic, even the atheists (which you should know since you have an office in Malaga). US Catholics are pretty much the same. They go to mass and confession but they still pop contraceptives and wear condoms even though the church says both are sins.

I don't think he lumped Catholics in with anyone. All he said was that recent polls show young Catholics to be less dogmatic than older Catholics. I think the word "dogmatic" is overdoing it, but he was using it in a relative sense. As in he wasn't actually calling anyone dogmatic.
Even if you fall on your face, you're still moving forward.

Thanks for this Becky, I enjoyed it.

I wonder if any of the land based casino lobbyists are still anti internet gambling? They'd consider it direct competition to their monopolies...
