No offense, but I think you might get more responses if you provided a little background about your company, job requirements, and maybe an indication at salary. Right now it seems very informal, and its hard to take this seriously.

I assure you it's serious. I didn't/don't know exactly who I'm looking for, so I was referred here and I've already gotten some good info through PMs. I'm okay with not getting a lot of responses, as I'm not so much interested in having 100 people want the job, really looking for the couple of people who would be right for it, and the same names keep popping up from people so it's been helpful.

There is a certain amount of confidentiality based on the business/situation so publicly announcing the job opening would not be the best idea imo.

LinkedIn Groups is a good place to start too - there's 2 well known recruitment agents on there plus you could post job opportunities yourself for all group members to see.
