1. Is the referral code box is grayed out if the player is already cookied?

2. If not, why?

Just curious what the reasoning is behind this. To reward those who can rank for full tilt referral code?

Hi,

No, the referral code box is not grayed out. The main reason behind this decision is because having a player enter in a code, helps convert a player. As an affiliate it is important to stress your referral/bonus code in your review/write ups etc.

If a player does not notice your bonus code upon clicking through and then sees the referral code box then I would assume that they would go back where they came from ( your site) and search for this. Once again though, to prevent any deviation from your site, it is important to stress your code.
