Any news on when the stats/deductions will be fixed from January and payments will be made?

Reports will need to be generated again with the correct amounts. I am working my hardest to get them done as soon as possible.

No payments, stats still havent been updated from last month, no updates. Dosen´t look good true poker

Any updates Monique? My report from last month still has errors. I am still sending you guys traffic, but I'm starting to get a bit nervous like Newjabber.

Still no news here eighter Not much to say, it just sucks that they improve the software and promotions but drop the ball on affiliates. Never had delayed payments in the past. Atleast send an update.

Please rest assured that we are not dropping the ball on affiliates and never will. Believe me, we want this fixed just as much as you do and we’re working really hard to get the stats corrected and payments done. As soon as they’re good to go , I will make sure to update this thread and continue clearing any of your concerns.

We value you both as partners and don’t want any of this to jeopardize our relationship.

TruePoker said they would pay yesterday, but surprice surprice, no payment or stats updated yet.

I wonder if they are turning the key!

Thank you for your continued patience. Affiliate payments were credited, you should be able to see your available balance now and stats have been fixed for January.
