Are you allowed to offer more then 33% rakeback? Couldnt get a clear answer, also do they allow people signing up under you to create a new account if someone offers them a better deal?

Thats not my business model. I have been losing players due to these extra %'s and all of a sudden players who I know still play are not under me anymore. Party did a great job making sure people didnt open new accounts. I am not sure cake is doing that, also its a pretty well known fact that many people are upping the % which IMO shouldnt be allowed. People caught doing this should lose those players and those players should be put back to where they signed up if they did switch. Its why party got rid of their independent player trackers.
