I picked this out of your blog post...

On top of this, we give you control of rakeback offers. When you sign up, you can choose the amount of rakeback you give to your players out of your 90% share, so you can create some really attractive deals for your players.
I sense a huge problem coming...

Is there a cap to this rakeback amount?
For example, can I offer my players 85% rakeback?

If there is no cap, how will affiliates be able to compete down the road when you are no longer offering the 90% aff commissions?

Your program has some unusual and unique features that should make it a pleasure to promote and convert but offering an unlimited rakeback scheme is a recipe for disaster.

tiburton: Payment is by cheque, but if you pm me your affiliateid and a player username, we can payout to a player account and cashout from there.

pokerkeep: There is no cap, so you can offer 85% if you like. Those who signup after the 90% offer is finished will, of course, be at a disadvantage, but that's the bonus for getting on board now. This promotion is something special, offering the ability to either keeep a huge % for yourself or give a high rakeback to players. We're unlikely to offer it again and I doubt you'll get as good a deal elsewhere. But that's the point.

I also see huge problems here especially when you can't change the rakeback %. I guess all the affiliates that are able to receive their 90 % will end up giving away 85 % or even 89 % to be sure to make the best offer forever. In combination with the fact that there's obviously no way to create non rakeback players this hurts affiliates margins badly.
    Just my 2 cents.

However, do you accept pokerliberation in any domains like pokerliberation-rakeback.com?

If you want to offer different rakeback levels, create more than one account. You'll have to trick the system with slightly different details (I'm trying to get this changed).

The reason we don't let you change the rakeback is so that an affiliate can't 'upset' players by reducing the deaks they are expecting.

Everyone who signs up before the end of May will receive 90% fixed, permanently. So there is no reason that anyone currently on this forum will ever be at a disadvantage.

I think its great you giving out 90% deals but if i can give you my opinion, set the rakeback to a fixed % .
Lets say 60% wish leaves 30% for affiliates.
I think everybody would benefit from this.

PS: start a poll here at PAL to check what everybody thinks.
