Fatbet has been around for a long time and it offers 50 so personally i think 60 or 70 would be better to get a new room going.

Keep your margins! You need to be able to offer more than just straight rakeback, like a good customer support, a strong product, and other effective customer retention promos

With good CRM, player base segmentation, one to one communication to your players, you know what each player is mostly interested into. Very basic example could be to offer tourney tokens to your tourney players and have your best players feel very special not only because they get a higher RB% but because you give then a special VIP treatment such as inviting them at offline events to meet with your VIP managers.
