    Really sorry to see the thread here. They are not the best bingo program out there for communiation ,practically zero since Colin left but for us they are showing promise if you have good bingo traffic.Besides Greg is always here to pounce on ,be interesting to see what the future holds though.

    I prefer to keep my opinions to myself out of respect right now. But its wearing thin!

    Your right on the communication comment.

    All I want is my affiliate to be closed period! I have emailed Canaffco, manangement, cybergaming, vistagmaing, live chat, emails all week.

    A simple task - if it cant get done i dont know what to think.

    Hey Steven, when an affiliate account is closed there isn't an automated email notice (like when you join). Your account is closed now; I checked and there weren't any commissions due. Again, sorry for the confusion. We usually dont write unique articles and reviews for all affiliates. We had some changes in staff and re-launch of a new program and there was quite a bit to do. Hopefully, we will be able to add some resources (like unique reviews per affiliate) but again that is quite a lot of work.

    You did open up a really good idea however, and I'm going to take this from a positive perspective and see what 'creatives' our affiliates really need (and which are just a waste of space). Thanks for you persistence! Hopefully we'll find a way to connect again.

    It is closed now yes after 1 week and 20 emails thank you :-)

    I understand you do not do these unique reviews - i just took your word for it when you said you would that it would be done. When i give my word to people i follow through mate.

    When i contacted you weeks ago you said you would!! Nuff said!! :-)

    Communication is also important to affiliates. Please consider that.

    So like you mate I also will follow this on a positive note and offer some friendly advice.

    1. Follow through on your word - it gains more trust and respect!
    2. Do not allow affiliates to go unanswered for days.
