Football or Futbol For A Steak Dinner

So my friend and affiliate manager at WagerProfits Shaun tends to think that European Futbol, better known as soccer, is a much better sport than American NFL football. I disagree....

With American football, men are put to the test to compete against each other and use their strength and talent to beat the opposing team. American Football fans are also much smarter and loyal.

With the non contact sport futbol, sorry soccer, men run around the field kicking a ball into a net while drunken fans sing in the stands.

Futbol is the equivalent to ballet when comparing it to FOOTBALL.

The mix of members here is pretty equal between U.S. and U.K traffic. So I am posting the poll to see which you guys think is the better sport. If soccer indeed wins, then I will buy Shaun's dinner in Amsterdam at the PAL dinner. If football wins, which it should, then Shaun you are buying my dinner. Deal?

Classic argument. I think football will win becasue we have more North American members and becasue it kicks ass!
I love football but all be honest after spending a little time in Europe i dont mind soccer although all the players are soft and sissys... But it is exciting to watch the Cups ect..

I like the NFL way better. Unless of course some crazy soccer player gets mad and head butts a guy in the chest.

I even like the NFL more then the NCAA.

American Football and Rugby would be a better comparison. I don't know how big rugby is over there but USA does have a team. Canada has a decent one too.

Do you want to flush my head down the toilet, that’s what happened to new kids at my school.

I am 100% up for this, but firstly

1. I have no idea what Futbol is, this might be some game that you guys play in the US but I have never heard of it, I know an amazing game called FOOTBALL which we play in the UK to amazing standard unlike any other country in the world.
2. Football (not FUTBUL) could be compared to ballet I have no issues with that, ballet is all about skill and technical ability much like football.

So this game that you call American football no real science to it, the game is played by men that pump up on steroids wear pads to make them even bigger, now the skills or lack of skills required, running yes I think most of us can do that, throwing a ball even my 4 year old daughter can do that, the only one skill that American football players have that most don’t is the ability to knock people down like a steam roller……..

Now football on the other hand is a game of skill, stamina, speed and technical ability, take the two clips I have found on You Tube they show the true skill of a top class footballer, no why don’t you guys that think American Football is the game go and surf the net and try and find clips with as much skill and technical ability as the ones below, I have a feeling you will have a tough job finding them.

I voted for soccer, but this should be like automatic considering I am from Brazil, but anyway both sports are just great.

American Football is right now probably the second sport I like the most, and I am actually working on a website about it in Portuguese. Brazilians are starting to love the NFL, and we actually have some small teams already.

I just have to say that if Brazilians really start playing American Football, your NFL kickers will be all unemployed pretty soon.
