Running a couple of websites but none using vB or phpBB at the moment. Used both in the past though and have been very impressed with vBulletin and it's features. Moved away from it to phpBB simply because the sites I ran that could benefit from a forum wasn't large enough for vBulletin to be worth it and phpBB filled the requirements I had for them.

I don't know very much about forums, but here is what I do know. You should research what everyone else is using, especially the top and best quality forums. It seems that this brilliant forum is using vBulletin, so it must be very high quality
