I'm not able to send PM's.
When i send a PM, there are no stored messages in the sent items.
Need some help.

So are you able to or not able to send PM's. You said both in your post.

When sending a PM there is a checkbox to store a copy of the messages in your sent items.

When replying to a PM you have to be in full message and not in the quick send to see this option.
