Having problems uploading avatar picture

I keep getting a message that the upload failed or when i link it from one of my sites i get a different error.

Are you trying to upload it from your PC or from your/an website?

Unless it's your avatar from PAP I'd say it's because of the size limit.

Or J flipped an switch accidentally
