can you pls modify the forum settings to prevent at least bulk spamming?

I am looking for the setting for that but not seeing it in the admin area. I hate to not allow new members not to send PM's period in some instances though. Sometimes AM's or others will register and shoot a PM to a member with an issue, etc. so in that case it would suck to simply not allow a new member to use the PM feature.

I do see the pain in the ass though when these PM spammers occasionally show up.
