Tagging option?

With a lot of people coming from PAP and using different usernames its hard to keep track of who's who and what sites they run.

Is there some sort of plugin that allows you to "tag" users or "note" members kind of like tagging in online poker. Too hard to keep up with peoples real names and stuff.....
