Blog Comment Notifications

This is the same problem that plagues Myspace. Let's say I comment on one of Jeremys blogs here at PAL.

If someone replies by commenting on the same blog, I get zero notification this has happened. I assume only the blog owner is notified of new comments on their blog.

So that owner may reply to me, or another member, but I'll never know unless I go back to the blog to check. And most people aren't revisiting a blog they've already read.

Is there anyway to fix this? Either by allowing you to "subscribe" to comments on a blog you've commented upon, or allowing someone when commenting to click something to notify specific individuals who've commented on the blog already of your comment?

Thanks, it defaults to do not subscribe. I've updated it and we'll see how it goes
