According to the site it is based off of cookies. Since bots don't use cookies they would, in theory, never run into a limit.

You're right Farang about googlebot, it doesn't matter. For the "like's" I think that is standard for VB4 but I might be wrong. I'll have to ask Tommy who coded this whole thing.
