I don't know if its just me or is there more and more spammy post on the forum with sig links?? Really doing my head in now.

Why don't you make it so they cant have a sig links until you have like 25-50 posts or something. Or at least a respected member of PAL has given a positive reference?

There's a UK Poker forum (EMS) that employ the same method and it cut down the spam a lot.

Also the same in regards to posting in either of the marketplace's.

Just a thought.

This is exactly why many online forums are making their signature link space no-follow, not that spammers check before they place.

You can't see link sigs until signed in, so wouldn't this mean Google bots can't even find them?

If you check the cached posts the links are visible so I guess that means Google can see them.
