PAL Load Time + Stability Issues

If you see massive errors on the forum for a few minutes, and you see that I am online, it usually means I am working. I know of these errors and have fixed them.

Can the error messages be customized to reflect "Tommy is online, knows of errors, and is fixing them as we speak?"

I don't get any of these error messages and site loads fine!? Using Chrome fwiw
