    Default Double Posting Problem

I thought there was a thread about this but can't see it so I'll start a new one.

Every time I make a post it automatically makes a duplicate post of the same thing. I know some other people are experiencing the same thing.

Can Tommy fix this at all?

I think Jeremy does not get it fixed to work on our nerves

Seriously, it's like a really effective NLP anchor - I keep coming back every day wondering if it is fixed...

Sorry guys, I thought vB was going to release an update to fix what was wrong, but they didn't, so I had to revert my change that caused the issue.

Record yourself when you do it and post it on Youtube and link it here. I want to see that.

Yeah it wasn't his problem. The issue is that vB 4 was never tested using the new PHP. I upgraded PHP on the server not knowing this. That is what caused the issue. I read a reply that a staff member made to a post about this double posting issue and they said that they made a fix and that it was being ran through their QA team, but that was in February, and I haven't seen anything else about it. So I just downgraded to a version of PHP that was actually compatible with vB 4.

So any of you that own vB, know this, if you plan to upgrade your PHP, you will need to be using vB 5, because that is the only version that is compatible with the new version of PHP.
