    Default This is how it should be

    I have just had THE most enjoyable and unfrustrating chat with someone from live support at new site 32Red Rummy.

    I had an issue logging in to the client with the username I had registered so contacted live support.

    At first I spoke to a charming lass by the name of Laura.
    Laura went through the usual channels like check username check password check emails to verify etc

    None of which worked. So after 10 mins of this Laura couldn't apologize enough and promised to return with someone that could help me.

    Less than 90 secs later Steve Finan Player Support Manager at 32Red said hi and proceeded painlessly to work out that the rummy client had recognized my poker login and would only accept that. The whole process from initial contact with Laura to the final of probably 20 apologies took only 30 mins.

    Steve also gave me a £10 gift for the time I had stayed logged in to him.

    Excellent support 32red be proud.
