Translator Takes Long time to Load

Yea with the translator removed, it will make it easier to troubleshoot or at least rule things out. Let me know if anyone still has issues. If so, we'll dig deeper. Seems to be faster with it disabled though.

It can be added to a regular site - WordPress at least. It is called the Global Translator Plugin.

Actually the plugin PAL was using was not the global translator for WP, it is a different one.

also to answer the question, there is one for Vb, WP, and for static html/php sites.

Good move getting rid of it. I was getting frustrated with the wait times and had been participating less often as a result. Multiply that by the number of members here, and you'd have to see a lot of extra traffic from foreign-language speakers to make that worthwhile.
