finding rakeback players to buy?

Most rooms will not allow affiliates to move individual players from one account to another. I.E. , affiliate X wants to sell 7 out of the 55 players on his account to affiliate Y. Most rooms insist that you either buy the entire account or a campaign on the account. The only time i have heard of a room transferring one or two players to another affiliate account was when a player wasn't being paid rakeback or was being abusive to the affiliate. These were edge cases of course and didn't involve the sale or purchase of players.
