Consequences of "under-the-table" rakeback deals?

Today is really hard to compete with big rake back dealers. Any chance to small affiliates is to give part of their own profit to player. I do not see why is this will be offending to someone. It is only harmful for affiliates, because the will earn smaller amount!
For players this is gold mine!

True this is good for the players, sites are suffering as well though. They are giving their affiliates 70%, so now both the affiliates and the sites are suffering because of this it wouldn't surprise me if rakeback percentages will go down again.
