Getting my head around the various "White Label" RB providers

Hi - I've been a very small non-RB affiliate for a long time and was recently made aware of so-called "White Label" RB options, whereby one of the big boys essentially gives me a cookie-cutter turnkey-ready RB site that I can slap onto my existing site (with the downside to such a 'solution' being that the players won't be under my OWN affiliate account, but rather will 'belong' to the parent affiliate i.e. RTR / TITN).

I'm relatively new to this world and trying to get my head around just who the major WL providers are before deciding which one is best for me. Here are the ones I've seen so far (and the RB site they are affiliated with)...can someone add any to the list below that I'm missing, or correct me if any of my info is wrong? In no particular order:

1) Rakeback Partners - affiliated with RakeTheRake.

2) Poker Affiliate Solutions -- (what are their proprietary RB sites?...i.e. RakeBackPartners is affiliated with RTR...so who is PAS affiliated with?)

3) White Label Rakeback - affiliated with TITN as far as I can tell...

4) RakeReduction (??) - I can't quite figure out what's going on here...they have a "refer a friend" landing page (that I linked to), and on it, they appear to make mention of a turnkey ready solution (suggesting I email Randy), but there does not appear to be a stand-alone page (like RTR has in RBP, or TITN has in White Label Rakeback)...correct me if I'm wrong on that point.

5) Rakeback Engine - Is this a similar turnkey-ready option as those above, or is it a fish of a different color? My particular needs are that I'd like something I can just stick on my existing site and not have to worry about answering customer queries or anything like that...is Rakeback Engine the same sort of a setup as that, or will it require a more hands-on approach from me?

Not trying to slight anyone by leaving them off this list...just trying to get a lay of the land before I start comparing commission rates, etc.

yes thats a pretty comprehensive list of all the providers. i think rakebacknation also offer something as well.

our software is more suited to affiliates who want to be more hands on, and seriously grow their business. so its not really intended for people who want to slap up a template and forget about it. of course you can do that with our sites as well, but we prefer partners with a business plan and hands on management of their site (as this ultimatly heaps our partners grow their business and make more money!)
