I recently posted asking about the Consequences of "under-the-table" rakeback deals. Unfortunately, it's not always clear what network rules are on this subject. E.g. I've always heard that Everleaf allowed a maximum of 40% to be paid, but checking the affiliate T&C of an Everleaf site right now I could find no mention of rakeback. Then there are the sites that allow you to offer anything privately (AFAIK) but nothing publicly, like Bodog used to be. If people could help me compile a list of max allowed rakeback percentages for sites that have them I'd appreciate it. I'm much more familiar with US-friendly sites, so I could use some help:
PokerStars: not allowed
Full Tilt Poker: 27%
PartyPoker: not allowed
iPoker: not allowed
Ongame: not allowed publicly, rake distribution scheme favors losers
Microgaming: 30% but cannot be called rakeback
International/Boss: 30%
Entraction: 30%
888: not allowed
Cake: 33%
Everest: not allowed
Merge: not allowed
Pkr: 30%
Bodog: not allowed, rake distribution scheme favors losers
Enet: not allowed
Everleaf: 40%
Sky: not allowed
Yatahay: 27%
Action: no cap
Cereus: 30%
