Hey guys,
Is email marketing still a good option in bringing in some players to a rakeback site?
Hey guys,
Is email marketing still a good option in bringing in some players to a rakeback site?
depends where you got the mailing list from?
If you bought your list from that fkr that stole emails from a pokernetwork site, FT ot one of the others then no good at all.
I have given up sending the number of spam emails I have received from "mei coppage" touting "Titan Poker".
The thing is that was an email address I only ever used at 4 or 5 pokerrroms and no where else, so I know that email was sold or leaked from a poker room for certain.
I have emailed Europartners saying that and giving the aff. link to Titan but still I receive the emails.
Euro and Titan are dreaming if they want me or anyone else to take them seriously while they condone this shit.
In fact I have just decided the best way to deal with this shit is to post every dumbass spam email I get from these morons here.
It will prolly get some action finally.
As it stands the email can only have been stolen from
Chan Poker
Full Tilt Poker
Bwin
Pokerstars
Aced
UltimateBet
Pocket Fives
was never ever used anywhere else.
In fact Aced prolly only appears as they bought Chan's players - I never played there.
heres the first fkr

No. I didn't buy it. I just manage to build a large email base in time from my own contacts and some friends.
All the emails are with ppl that have interest in poker and sports betting.
Most of them aren't savvy about rakeback. I was thinking in making them aware of my site made on PAS platform and the huge benefits of rakeback plus the different promotions I can offer through PAS and my own promotions.
I really think most of them would benefit but my concern is that the emails might just not be read or lost in all the spam they recive
I also recived quite a number of spam email from someone named Dixie Stoval but the emails were garbage and never got it what exactly was he trying to tell me in those
I also hate spam and I don't plan on making an email campaign a spammy one. I just want ppl to get aware of rakeback, why leting them making account without rakeback when my site can offer them some good value
Pascal,
I have to be honest that i'm thinking that you are simply looking to boost your post count like a string of others have been doing within the forums recently and they have soon been shown the ban hammer up close and personal.
Now there is no malice within this post, just a polite notice to ask you not to drag dead threads back out of the archive from almost 1 year ago, the fact of the matter is that they are likely to have been answered or if you really feel that what you had to say was important then you could simply PM the member directly.
You may not have intentionally done it and i know that the guys on the forum are very forgiving for new members at times but if you are purposely looking to boost your post count to 30 posts (like the others that have tried and got so close) i would advise that you look to offer a little additional value within your posts, that or ask poker affiliation related questions that are actually going to help others out when they browse the thread.
Although i see that you have already dug a post out to offer your PageRank building services to the members here at PAL and i think that you will find that a new member without a track record that is digging up almost 1 year old posts could find it hard to get their first gig until you become known here at PAL, especially without proof of previous work as it seems that i have holding pages with higher PR than the site in your signature link?
