CPA deal on Cereus

Hi,

I am thinking of getting this deal but it says 100 raked hands requirement.

Can someone tell me if there is a limit to a certain stake these hands have to be played at, and what defines a raked hand at cereus?

You can play at any stake from NL2 upwards and they use a contributed raked hand system (excluding the blinds).
