The sub domain backend will be seamlessly integrated into your existing website. We will also offer a custom "cookie cutter" type site for affiliates that do not currently have a website.

So, we will keep you updated on the new software release and as soon as it is available, you will be the first to know! Until then you can use our existing system which works extremely well! As you can see I use this system myself on FeltPoker.com and it works great.

Special Tournament - Loose Change Weekly 5k Tournament at Full Tilt Poker:

This is a tournament that ALL your players can get into, not just your Full Tilt Poker Players. We will stock the tournament with $2500 each week on day 1 (Thursday). Every night, anyone who is opted in will have his or her loose change cleared and added to the prize pool.

For example, if your balance is $48.13, we would then take your .13 and add it to the prize pool leaving you with a balance of $48.00. We will do this everyday, for 7 days (Thursday Through Wednesday).

Affiliate Backend Options

Right now, we offer three basic options, one of which should fit your needs and allow you to take advantage of our current system, promotions and higher percentages.

We typically set you up with your own account and trackers on our system at Rakeupdate.com and offer you great rates and keep a small percentage (3% or less) to help pay for support, hosting, upgrades, etc. Of course we can discuss increasing your rates as you bring in more players. Our goal is to help you get to that point.

Our 3 Basic Partner Options

Option #1 - Managed Account

A managed account is where players sign up through your site and are submitted via our submission forms, which are provided by RakeUpdate at no cost. Affiliates are able to use their own forms as well.

The player is then sent an automatic email with his account information to the backend (Rakeupdate.com) so he can check stats, see the latest promotions and cash out his rakeback. RakeUpdate.com is also where you as an affiliate can view your players that have signed up and cash out your earnings anytime! Important note - after a players has been tagged to your account, if the player signs up a new poker room account while checking stats at Rakeupdate.com, the player will still be tagged to your account. The players are yours for life! You can NEVER lose a player to us. RakeUpdate is a Stats tracking program only!

Example: A player signs up at your website for Full Tilt Rakeback and some time later when he is cashing out his rakeback he decides to create a new account at CakePoker.com from the Rakeupdate.com website. This new player sign up is credited to your account.

Option #2 -Unmanaged Account

You do it all. You will use rakeupdate.com as your backend and you will see all your player stats ONLY. You will have to pay your own players, do your own support and use your own software for your players checking their rake. You will simply be using us for the huge % we can give you that you cannot get on your own. You can still cash out everyday like option 1.

Option #3 - Referral Page Option

This is more for non-webmasters or new webmasters (that don't have their own webpage yet). You get a landing page similar to RakeUpdate.com where you can refer friends etc. You can do it all; it is just less advanced than making your own webpage.

Once the new Rakeupdate system is released, this will be our "cookie cutter websites" which will be ready to go for you.

Ok guys, that about covers it. I decided not to post our affiliate margins here, but I assure you they are on average 3 to 5 times bigger than our competitors. We want all our partners to enjoy success and make money. We start all partners off at great rates and as you grow your business we have room to give you a margin boost.

Can rakeupdate facilitate unique bonus codes for me? I'm going to start targeting lots of bonus code terms, so there's a good chance that the players will just use the code and won't fill in the form. I'll need my own code's so i'll still get credited with the players.

Hit me up and we can discuss it, we can give our custom bonus codes for almost all rooms. We will not do this for every affiliate that comes to us, and we cannot do it for all rooms since some rooms do not use bonus codes.

Also, to all our Sub-Affiliate Partners - The normal $5,000 Weekly Loose Change Freeroll at Full Tilt is going to be $15,000 Next Sunday 2/14/10 to make up for the down time we had last week.

This is a great way to get your visitor signed up, as they are eligible for this Freeroll every week for ANY room they signup for, not just Full Tilt Poker.

Also, your original post mentions that rakeupdate set us up with our own account and trackers. Does that mean that my rakeupdate trackers are unique to me? So if a player signs up at a site using my tracker but doesn't fill out the on my site registration form, do i still get credited for them?

Players are assigned to subs via our backend signup form system so it is very important you make your instructions clear on your site. In the last year or more I have been with Rakeupdate, I have not seen one player on any of our trackers that was not properly tagged by the SU form. I have seen players enter the wrong info, but they are easily traced back quickly to the proper sub and room.

Oh also - Our partners have the option to handle the submission of their players, so you can collect the data (which is great for relationship building) and submit it to our system for tracking.

And yes, some established affiliates can and do get custom trackers and bonus codes. Obviously we cannot have thousands of trackers out there, and we cannot give every new affiliate their own trackers and codes. As its just not practical. For established affiliates bringing in players we will consider this though.

New System - We will have some open beta testing goign on over the next month or so. Some partners have been beta testing for us, and I'll invite them to post their thoughts in a thread ASAP

I'm honestly very suprised that you claim to not have any sign ups which aren't tracked to subs. On our rakebackengine sites i have alot of my own deals as well as subbed ones, and i get a ton of players show up on my poker room stats who have never submitted any info to our sites. Somebody else also commented to me just yesterday that a player had contacted them 3 months after signing up through his site to enter his details. I also think that the forms can deter players from signing up. I've had players ask me why i want their name, email, and username when site x doesn't ask for that info and still pays the rakeback into their accounts weekly. Of course we understand that there's a perfectly valid explanation for this, but it's not abundantly clear to new sign ups, and trust is obviously a big issue. It's only my personal opinion, but i think that sites are more attrative to players with weekly payments paid by the rooms, and no personal info forms.

Again not that there is anything wrong with anyone's process, but you just have to ensure players know exactly what to do! Eliminate all confusion. What's great about our process shown below in the first image, is that you have total control how you handle things. Total freedom in other words. As a webmaster I think freedom to handle your CTA's and signup process is super important.
