Thoughts on my new rakeback site

Hey guys, I am finishing my new PAS powered rakeback site -> rakeback.rs

The site is for Serbian market, .rs is the national domain.

You can check the design HERE.

Please tell me what you think about it and be as critic as possible.

A few explanations:

- The last diner is meant to be a rotating banner with latest promotions/news

- There is a dilemma, should I show top 6 offers (as shown) in the body of page or all of them. If I display all of them where to place the news, on the bottom of page doesn't make lots of sense.

- What do you think about icons? From left to right: register/offers/promotions/RAF/articles
Offers and promotions I don't like so much others seems just fine. What do you think about short description text underneath? Should I keep it or remove it?

If you have any other comments I would love to hear them.
