Man if I were you (like me a year ago) Id just go with PAS, the guys there are great help lots with any question its like a lil community all helping each other and have 2 designers that help/teach you with that stuff, which speaking for myself have learned a ton off of, there all good guys and will help ya, I have some good names sitting about will happily sort ya with one. And for me there CMS * WP.. just imo

Building your own sites and affiliate relationships are definitely more profitable long term.

Maybe run your own rakeback deals for sites that will set you up as a rakeback affiliate even though you are new, and then use services like RakeUpdate for sites like FTP?
