    What has happened with RakeUpdate? I use to think RakeUpdate was the nuts but man have things changed lately and not for the better it seems. I have multiple issues that I can't seem to get any help with. Support either says to email Randy in which case I get no response, they give me off the wall absurdly wrong answers, or they just ignore me. This isn't the kind of service I expect from a company I'm referring players to. Very disappointing of late.

    I thought I should go ahead and post here and update everyone we work with.

    Last week we started the tedious process of moving all our Affiliate Partners and their players into the new system. Because of the very outdated nature of the old Rakeupdate System, this has been a slow slow process. So far everything has been going smooth, just not as fast as I would like. We still have a ways to go and I'm sure there will be more bumps.

    I want to thank all the PAL members who have continued to support us and who have been extremely patient with us developing the new system. The feedback from the Poker Rooms and Members here on PAL has been priceless! So thank you again!

    A lot of the information in the original post here is outdated, at some point I will create a new post detailing our new system, the marketing tools, the features, and offers. We are really excited to finally make this happen!

    So thanks again everyone, we couldn't have done this without you!

    Hey Randy

    First up congrats on finishing the new back end - looks great!

    I had a question and thought I'd post here rather than mail, in case anyone else had a similar one. Basically my RB is only a tiny proportion of my business and I'd like to find the quickest / easiest route to maintaining my current process as-is with your new back end, here is my setup:

    - I have your trackers / bonus codes on my site with sign-up instructions and a form to submit details to me.
    - After I check the request I manually add them via the RU back end
    - You send them a log-in and deal with them from there!

    (Sure, it is a little manual, however I get the player info and then don't have to think about it after that for my very small number of players.)

    So, how do I maintain this? Do I need to go and change all my trackers / bonus codes now or will the existing ones still work? Is there somewhere to submit manually in the new backend? Who contacts my players and how are there accounts switched?

    I'm holding off verifying my account on the new software for the moment so as not to disrupt my current rakers until my luddite mind understands the new system. Looking forward to getting it running 'as-was' and will definitely have a serious look at some of your new features for future projects.

    Hey Mark, thanks for the kind words it means a to me!

    Let's see if I can answer your questions now -

    #1 - Yes you can keep your same setup, we have a special feature just for the process you want to do. This will allow you to get the info, submit it, and we handle the rest.

    #2 - Right now we are just making sure all Affiliate Partners get setup without any issues, its a slow process but we are almost there. After that we will send you a list of your players and their contact info, so you can inform them where they need to login at now. So instead of your players logging in at RU, you can setup an area for them for example - poker.sngplanet.com (or anything you choose)

    #3 - Right now you do not have to change your trackers, they will always be valid, but we are creating special groups and margins for PAL members, so once you are all setup, I do recommend you change and verify all of your trackers and codes.

    Thanks Randy sounds good,

    Its number #2 that I'm really trying to avoid for the moment (can see the advantages etc, just not what I want to be doing right now)... can I just give them your new URL and have them log in there direct like they do with RU?

    If yes then I'll go ahead and get myself set up.
