Buying & Selling Rakeback Players?

I read a old post someone sold a PAS site and its affiliate account. So I asked a good friend/affiliate manager do people really do this, and he said yes. My next question was if you just wanted to buy or sell the players(PAS affiliate account). How would you set the price for it?

So my question for everybody is how do you set the buy/sell price for rakeback players(PAS affiliate account or any affiliate account)?

I might of actually been the one you saw buy the account, but normally when people buy/sell accounts it is based off of monthly revenue. Normal prices would be between 10-14 months revenue, but depending on specifics you might be able to get up to 2-2.5 years of revenue.

You really need to consider several things. Here are some things I would consider...
How long have the players been playing?
How many players are playing?
Is just 1 or 2 players responsible for the majority of the income?
What are the revenues for the past 6 months (have they increased / decreased)?
Are the revenues dependant on bringing in new players to sing up every month?

Depending on the answers to these, sometimes you will be lucky to get 10 months.

For example i will pay 6 month revenue for the 5-7 players and up to 2 years revenue for good diversified "portfolio" of poker players with the ammount of 30-50

Put in the time and work into your own site and sooner or later you will be available to buyout other people.

Hi

i read the first message here and as Im thinking to leave the poker industry , I would like to sell my Players .

They are only at one Site ( network is Ipoker ) and they needs a lot of afford and support , especially the highgrinders.

Several 3k - 15k rakers
My income is monthly between €5000 - €7500

As i say the players needs a lot of support and they all know what they want and not, so as i cant and dont want to afford this time anymore...send me some offers to buy all players.

I agree without a site two years of revenue seems far too high a prize to pay.
