new form of comment spam

Has someone seen blogs that can comments posted without the moderator approving them first, and even though these blogs are moderated?

Gotta add my own to cents that yeah, the problem actually exists, i had two or three fresh fully moderated wordpress blogs (with no previous comments) get instapproved comments with links. No idea how they managed to pull that off.

I don't know what prompted the flaming and editing but based on the quoted comment from pamela in pokeraussie's message, I don't see the need for such language. I'm curious about what you're seeing, pamela. Please feel free to PM me with 1 or 2 URLs. I'll be glad to offer an opinion.

If someone has figured out a way to get past comment moderation in Wordpress, I want to know about it.
