Quick nofollow question

I'm inserting a bunch of calls to action interspersed between paragraphs in my review pages. My question is, should I be rel=nofollw ing my affiliate links?

i.e. I put something like:

Check out this AWESOME bonus <a href="http://www.pokersite.com/afflink.htm">here</a>

Should I nofollow that? Does it matter?

I should add that the links I'm actually putting into the tags are redirects, not straight links.

i.e. my aff link is

http://www.pokersiteimpromoting.com/fasldkfj?asdflkjsa

while the link i'm putting into the href tag looks like

http://www.mydomainname.com/poker-room.htm

Yes, it is generally considered to be a good idea to no follow those type of links. You can also put all your redirect files into one directory and block robots from that directory in your robots.txt file.

Mine are all like this

MySite.com/go/pokerstars etc

I then NoFollow that link and then use robots.txt to block the /go folder
