You can remove other peoples websites from google using the remove url tool.

Are you sure this works. I'm pretty sure that remove feature would always only remove URLs that returned a 404. I've tried to remove my own URLs I don't want indexed that were not 404's were just no index and it didn't work. When removing one that is 404 in a matter of hours google always dropped it.

It worked only until Barry Schwartz reported the problem to Google, and then they disabled the feature.
