PR6 text link - what is it worth?

Not that I'm looking for potential buyers but I've got an offer for my PR6 site to put a text link somewhere. I don't trade links with that site and it has almost no external links. This guy wants me to make an offer but I've no idea what I could charge. I'm trading with PR 3 and 4 links but not with that site

PR alone should not be determining the value of a link. If, however, your buyer is a novice, and only concerned with PR...A link on a PR6 poker/gambling related domain would be very valuable. $400+ per month I'd think.
