Default Manually listing URLs of site cached by G - is there a tool for this?

This is what I have done to list all my URLs from Google manually. It works, but takes some time, so I was wondering whether there is a tool that can do this.

Install Multi Links add on for Firefox (which lets you open any number of links from one page by simply drawing a box around them)
    site:xxxmydomain_com request
Go to last page and click on "show suppressed pages as well"
Open all pages of search results in one separate window
Open all URLs using the Multi Links add-on
Wait a while for all pages to load properly
Use the "bookmark all" function" and save in a dedicated folder
Copy all bookmarks and paste to Excel document or other

The plugins SEO for Firefox by SEOBook and I believe SEOquake as well let you export search results to .csv
You'll need to set Google's advanced search to 100 results then you can export 100 "site:xyzdomain.com" search results at a time (with the max results returned by Google for any query being 1000 of course).

SEO for firefox will let you export a whole bunch of additional data as well including latest Google Cache Date, Page Rank, Yahoo! backlinks to the url and much more.

For supplemental results you'd have to open those from the search window, then you can export those as well 100 at a time.

Anything more fully automated and hardcore than that will probably require a blackhat scraper program like Scrapebox.
