Is this an issue that is strictly in google analytics or is this affecting all statistics programs? I would think that this keyword info can still be pulled from referring URLs.

I read on this forum or another forum I don't remember where but Google Analytics will no longer provide the keyword info when the person is signed into any of Google products (ie. gmail) and do a search.

The search data is encrypted so the keyword is never passed in the referrer. Regardless of what software program you use, keyword data from these SSL searches isn't available.

Google now drops the query data from all referrals for users are who are logged in to Google. It won't matter what analytics software you use -- the data is simply never passed to your server.
This is, according to Google, a privacy measure intended to protect users' data. Of course, Search Engine Land has made a big fuss over the fact that Google will make the referral data available to their advertisers (I don't know how that works).
If your Website operates on an HTTPS protocol then you should still see the referral data.
You can also get the query data by logging in to Google Webmaster Tools. They provide reports for Queries and Pages (the latter report breaks down into Page + Queries). You have to manually download the data, so far as I know. Google Webmaster Tools operates on a sliding 6-week window, so if you don't grab data for at least 6 weeks in a row you will lose part of that data forever.

Webmasters data (query and page) is now available in analytics - you just have to be using the new version of analytics and to link the account to the proper webmasters profile.
I don't think there's any time cap on the data, mine goes back quite awhile.
Don't know. I can't get Analytics to reliably connect to my Webmaster Tools accounts. You'd think they would have worked out the kinks by now.

I see more (not set) than (not provided). What's the difference?
